30 November Declaration of the Organization's Establishment

O free people of Yemen, O you who have been crushed by the millstone of war and destroyed by corruption, From the womb of suffering, a revolutionary vanguard has emerged from among you—believing in God, and in our people's right to reclaim their dignity and a decent life...

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Allah says: "And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful]." (Quran 2:188)

O free people of Yemen, O you who have been crushed by the millstone of war and destroyed by corruption,

From the womb of suffering, a revolutionary vanguard has emerged from among you—believing in God, and in our people's right to reclaim their dignity and a decent life.

O Our Great People, Injustice has prevailed, and corruption has rampaged through this good land. We now see our officials—who were supposed to be servants of this people—transformed into executioners and thieves; hoarding state funds and building palaces, while the Yemeni citizen searches for their daily sustenance in the trash.

O Free People of Yemen, Today, we are not just facing administrative corruption; we are facing high treason. The forces currently leading the scene, whether the de facto authority in Sana'a (Houthis), the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), or the Southern Transitional Council (STC), etc., are all partners in the crime.

These entities have proven that they do not work for Yemen but act as agents for their financiers abroad. They fight over power, but they agree on looting you.

They mortgage our national decision-making to foreign capitals.

They receive money, weapons, and instructions from outside, and export death, poverty, and hunger to us inside.

They have sold Yemen's sovereignty for a low price, and their loyalty to the foreign patron has become greater than their loyalty to the homeland and the citizens.

Therefore, we in the Free Yemenis Organization declare that the time of silence is over. We will not accept being ruled by thieves, nor will we accept our decision being confiscated abroad. Our organization calls on the free Yemeni people to join, participate, and contribute to our popular struggle to build a new, unified, independent, free, and just Yemeni state.

Our strength lies in our unity, and our weakness lies in our fragmentation behind these parties and entities that have torn the social fabric. We call upon you today to reject division and stand together against corruption and dependency, obeying the command of God Almighty when He said:

"And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided." (Quran 3:103)

Let hands unite, and let efforts combine to reclaim our looted Yemen from the hands of the tamperers. Long live Yemen free, dignified, and independent. Shame and disgrace to the corrupt and the beholden.
