The Popular Organization of Free Yemeni Socialists offers you the utmost congratulations and blessings on the occasion of this historic victory of the will of the people, represented in the dissolution of the Southern Transitional Council and the end of the projects of rupture and dependence. This step is not just a political measure, but a decisive victory for the unity and national sovereignty of the Yemeni territory against all the forces of fragmentation and dependency.
Today, the bets of partition have fallen, and the unity of our destiny has manifested itself to emphasize the following constants:
The end of foreign dependence and trusteeship: The dissolution of this entity represents the restoration of the independent national decision and a categorical rejection of all attempts to tear apart the social fabric to serve foreign and imperialist agendas.
Unity of the working class: The toiling masses from Aden to Sana'a have proven that our struggle is not a regional struggle, but a struggle for dignity, bread and social justice against the reactionary forces that tried to divide the ranks.
Building a modern national state: We call for the fusion of all military and political formations within the framework of a single state to ensure that the compass of development is directed towards serving the Yemeni people and not the elites and beneficiaries.
O our revolutionary masses, we in the Popular Organization of Free Yemeni Socialists affirm that our struggle will continue until the goals of the revolution are fully achieved in building a democratic, unified Yemen, where justice and equality prevail and the country's wealth - from the ports of Aden to the oil fields of Shabwa - returns to the hands of the Yemeni people, the sole and legitimate owner of this land.
